It is a product of crushing fresh Greek lemons and strawberries, without chemical additives and colorings, capable of being prepared as juice, refreshment.

A product that combines our fresh Greek lemons, with strawberry, without chemical additives and colorings. This product can be prepared to stand perfectly as either a juice or a soft drink.

Our 600gr bottle gives you the pleasure of 12 servings of 580ml, served in our special traditional glass jar that befits the exuberant Greek culture.

Sponge cake with Lemon-Stawberry Jam from Gia… giamas Juice

Ingredients:

For the jam:

  • 500 gr Gia…giamas Lemon-Strawberry juice

For the sponge cake:

  • 4 Eggs, 100 gr. Sugar, 250 gr. flour, 1 pinch of Vanilla

For the Filling:

  • 300 gr cream cheese, 300 gr Lemon-Strawberry jam

Directions:

For the jam:

Boil the Gia…giamas Lemon-Strawberry juice for 5-6 minutes to set and become a delicious jam.

For the sponge cake:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar in the mixer until they become a meringue.

Add the yolks with the vanilla and beat again until smooth.

Add the flour and with a spatula, mix until all our ingredients are blended thoroughly.

Place the mixture in a pan with non-stick paper and spread it well with a spatula so that the surface is smooth.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

For the Filling:

Allow the sponge cake to cool and turn it over.

Spread the cream cheese first and then the homemade jam with Gia…giamas juice.

Roll and lightly sprinkle with some lemon juice. Then sprinkle the powdered sugar over top.
